Mass
hysteria inflated around coronavirus is a direct result
of lack of elementary knowledge among people. Fear is always inversely proportional to the knowledge: the less we know the more we are scared. In case of coronavirus it is fear of unknown … fear of death. Nothing weakens the immune system more steadily and perseveringly than this destructive feeling.
The
government of United Kingdom now addresses every individual to make their
contribution in an attempt of suppressing the spread of coronavirus. Although I was not going to post this
information openly, I now feel morally obliged to share it with people, who may
find it not just interesting, but practically useful. Have
to emphasize here immediately, that I am sharing with you some views and
beliefs based on some personal observations and some degree of personal
experience. I am not spreading some
false, misleading information. Every
single word on this post, I am sure, could be openly checked if desired, by looking
into thousands of articles in the newspapers and magazines, independent medical
studies, academic editions, world statistics, documentaries and other sources
openly found on internet and literature.
The post I offer here is based on the knowledge I have been collecting for
my personal benefits over some years. In
addition, there is a great degree of personal views of what I digested and
understood. Did I benefit from it? Greatly!
Am I looking at this life from a different perspective? Definitely!
Information
in this post is based on common sense, which I urge you to use in these
extraordinary times of uncertainty, unfolded on a global scale. I have to note here, that common sense always
is, and always has been a corner stone of human well-being. Do you want to believe in what is written
below? It is entirely up to you. Nonetheless, you may agree with the following:

Have you ever had a subliminal feeling when you hear someone or read
something, you immediately admit to yourself: yes, that’s it! That is true! Intuition accepts it without further evidence. In
contrast, can we always state that scientifically proven data provided to us by
modern medical science is based on common sense? Absolutely not! Common sense is an instrument of our
true-self – consciousness. It comes from
the heart as the inner voice of intuition, whereas scientific knowledge is an
instrument of logic – your mind. Consciousness
and mind are not the same; they are of the different levels of perception. Intuition has been an engine of human
well-being since the very existence of humanity, whereas pioneering,
scientifically proven discoveries of pragmatic mind today are often toppled
with new discoveries tomorrow. If your
heart tells you one thing, but your mind tells you the other, you had better
followed your heart. This simple rule
spares you from many troubles in life.
On the other hand, we must not sweep aside
multiple independent clinical studies and researches of modern medical science. Thanks Providence, more and more smart
scientists and medics around the world are now waking up to the fact, that
modern medicine must no longer be guided by cast iron evidence of empirically
proven facts. This is simply not enough,
taking into accounts the avalanche of new diseases and illnesses not known to
us just few decades ago. More and more
scientists are now waking up to the fact that natural world we live in is
infused with intelligence of life itself, it has self-awareness. It is a living, intelligent person, which we
must treat with great respect. Reason
coronavirus is currently raging throughout our societies is absence of such
respect towards Mother Nature.
We shall look, armed
with independent scientific evidence and wisdom of millenniums, into fail proof
mechanisms of our own defense system. We
are going to understand why such defense mechanisms are ruined now, keeping the
front door wide open to the enemies like coronavirus.
Doctors and
coronavirus. What do they know? Our brave medical staffs on the front line
are helping critically ill patients in hospitals. We are all cordially grateful to every single
one of them, who would question that? Nonetheless,
even doctors express their grief in regards to being abandoned by the
government (recent statement on BBC by doctor Singh). Currently, they are facing a moral dilemma of
whether to save some patients in favor of the others or not. What else do we know? Not much.
At this moment in time, all attempts of modern scientists to break down
and understand the correlations between virus pathology and human body make
me think of an insect, trying to comprehend a complexity of a bulldozer. Imagine fire fighters, who know what makes
fire and how to extinguish it. However,
do fire fighters know the nature of fire? Or how to completely avoid it? Nope, it is not their domain and never will
be. It is not medic’s domain to
comprehend the universe of viruses. They
can only fight them, temporally coming up with some vaccine only to lose next
battle to yet another new strain. Does
this mean they control the situation? I
seriously do not think so! Will they
ever succeed in controlling the situation with viruses on this planet? Not a chance!
Viruses live on Earth
for billions of years; they are our ancient ancestors. It is we do live on the viruses’ planet, not
they live on ours. They have come and
they will be coming in millions of different mutations and forms, invading the
cells of every flying, crawling, and running creature on this earth because
they have done this way for billions of years.
Having this in mind, ask yourself a question: “Is it the problem with viruses
here, or is it something terribly wrong
with us, that we became a pile of genetic garbage susceptible to more and
more illnesses and diseases with every subsequent generation?” Use your common sense when judging this
question; and use the common world health statistics. I promise you a deep shock, when you start
your own research into what we have become nowadays as a biological
machine.
Official
line of NHS England at the moment states: self-isolate and wait. If you are lucky - you will recover. If you get seriously ill, they will take you
to hospital and put on a ventilator. From
the point of view of “progressive” modern medicine, not much help, is it? Where are those ambitious, pompous Nobel
award winners, who usually pour hyper-optimistic scientific nonsense from the pulpits
of international councils? Just like
hundred years ago, when Spanish flue killed estimated 40 millions of people
around the world, they face a brick wall of unknown. Tiny creature, which is not even considered a
living being because it has no its own metabolism, got the entire world of
science on their knees.
Can we fight
coronavirus without doctors? The
answer would be ambiguous. There are so many factors to consider. At
least we can understand why we are not able to achieve that currently, while
other living species do not even notice coronavirus. We have no other choice at the moment, while
scientists frantically attempting to create a prototype of something what
later, in several years of intense clinical experiments, may become a vaccine. Is there a guarantee the vaccine will be out
there soon? No. Is there a chance we can fight coronavirus
ourselves? Yes, there is a great chance,
if you start using your common sense.
Let's begin without
a delay, because time is working against us.
I suppose we should start, first of all, by
finding out what is pus. Repelling?
I bet it is. We all know what it
looks like. Well at least those with
troubled skin do. “It is an infected tissue consisting of dead white blood cells and bacteria with tissue debris" - this is what official medical definition offers. Doctors say pus is a consequence of bacterial or fungal infection. In reality, it is quite the contrary: all bacterial and fungal infections in our body, as well as most serious troubles with our health is a direct result of pus accumulating in our tissues/organs.

It causes varieties of immune conflicts e.g. formation of excessive, unwanted tissue antibodies, which are produced to fight certain proteins we consume. This happens when unbroken proteins molecules are absorbed by a mucous membrane of a small intestine, causing the endless list of allergic reactions including eczema, psoriasis, bronchial asthma etc. And what do we do? Instead of looking into fundamental cause of allergies, we exclude allergic products from our diet and take antihistamines.

Before I carry on with chain reactions pus causes
in our body as well as how catastrophically it affects our immune system, and where it comes from, I
would like to start from faraway and seriously question a false belief that modern
medicine is leading us from darkness into the light claiming there was nothing beforehand
(before mid of 19th century).
At all
times, our ancestors possessed a
deep knowledge of self-healing and mental wellbeing. In Russia, for example, we have had, until
recent past, a priceless knowledge of healing properties of herbal medicine,
which is currently known as phytotherapy (alternative medicine). Forests
and meadows had always been a natural apothecary where our ancestors would
seek help since immemorial times. With a
great love and care, priceless catalogs of thousands of herbs and their
healing properties, were passed onto generations up until thirties, when Stalin
ordered a complete extermination of sorcerers and healers. Unique collections of rare herbs and brew
formulas had been destroyed irretrievably.
Luckily, the
world’s natural medicine heritage still has traditional Chinese medicine and Ancient Vedic medicine Ayurveda. Passed
to us by Vedic civilization once upon the time spreading from Atlantic to
Pacific oceans, it gave answers to all possible health questions centuries
before we started worshiping people in white gowns with syringe in their hand. It starts emerging back to the surface thanks
to a heritage of Vedic knowledge now being reintroduced to the world. It is not well known in Western Europe as
much as in the countries like Russia or Ukraine or Baltic States; thanks to
Vedic culture in these countries known to us for thousands of years. Leave alone the fact that every third of
fourth word in Russian, Latvian, Lithuanian or Bulgarian language is a Sanskrit
word. There are probably more Ayurvedic
doctors in Eastern Europe than all combined Ayurvedic specialists in the entire
world altogether (outside India, of course, where Ayurveda has been preserved
and used for thousands of years).
What has
been said in Ayurvedic treatises about pus? Ayurveda offers us a term of Ama, which is, effectively, a pus we already
described. I will use this term from now
on.
Ayurveda
itself - a doctrine of healthy life - positions ama into a very center of its concept of physical, emotional,
mental and spiritual wellbeing. Every
single aspect of Ayurveda “dances” around the meaning of ama – mental or physical sewage.
Physical ama – undigested food is a grey or white
sludge, which you can find (a very negligent amount of it) in the morning on the
surface of your tongue. Certain color
of ama on your tongue may tell the specialist you have some problems with
either lymphatic, coronary, urinary or other systems or organs of your body, which
is likely to be a result of troubled digestive system. You will not succeed cleaning ama from your
tongue using tooth brush. I recommend
purchasing an Ayurvedic tongue scraper and try it once. You will be shocked of how much shit you have
got on your tongue! Scraping your tongue
is a must every day so you avoid ingesting ama back with your food intake.
Another type
of ama is accumulating in your etheric
body or energy field, in other words.
Etheric body wraps around your physical body in the manner of cocoon or
eggshell. It represents your mental / emotional
wellbeing. There is ama accumulating there as well.
It is an emotional ama – dirt of “undigested” negative emotions. Fear, depression, anger – these three and
others will not just attract coronavirus, they will make sure you suffer from it
immensely. Keep this in mind when treating
coronavirus.
There are
five main reasons of diseases and illnesses in total described in Charaka
Samhita.
Luckily, coronavirus falls under those two
I have just described. This is first good
news about coronavirus. Arm yourself
with it, because from now on, you’re the master of your own wellbeing.
We all know
that metabolism starts with digestion of what we eat. Digestion, in simple words, is a process of
braking down food into smaller molecules so they can be absorbed by your body
to keep essential components, and rid of something your body does not
require. Ayurveda gives us a term of Djatar Agni – digestive fire.
Djatar Agni has two main functions:
- to burn ama / fight infection
- to digest food
Djatar Agni,
effectively, is you immune system, which has a very specific location – your
stomach. Did you know, for instance,
that your guts house 70% of cells from the entire amount of cells forming your
immune system? Arthritis, autoimmune
disorders, diabetes and cancer caused by the problems in your stomach (a big
surprise to some doctors) and very often are result of junk we have been eating
mistaking it for food.
To fight an infection, your fire starts
burning more intense, increasing the temperature of your body. We have all noticed that we do not want to
eat when we have fever, have we not? The
higher temperature – the less food we consume.
Why? This happens because all
force of digestion fire (immune system) is thrown into fighting
inflammation.
The higher
the temperature when you have infection, the better it is (except for certain conditions, consult your doctor and NHS site for safe temperatures in adults and babies).
To digest your food, your digestion
fire ignites in a very specific time of day. It is strict physiologic times you cannot
change. Digestion starts between 11
o’clock and lasts till 2PM. This is when
you should consume your food. Lunch time
at midday is ideal. Any food consumed
outside these times is undigested. In
our stomach, digestive fire manifests itself as gastric acid. The difference is that digestive fire is
joined with element of water but naked flame is joined with element of air and
ether. However, both cause burns to the
skin (a property of fire). What extinguishes fire? Water.
When consuming food, you should not drink during food intake and at
least half an hour after. Cold drinks,
especially fizzy drinks are a total destruction of our Djathar Agni. In addition, they are amount the worst in causing acidosis.
Second time
your digestive fire starts is 10 o’clock
in the evening. It lasts until very
early morning hours. This is defense
mechanism is switched on to burn ama
accumulated from what you have eaten during a day. Therefore, your diner should be rather modest;
otherwise your Djatar Agni will be digesting food at night instead of burning ama.
That’s why it’s important to have a shower in the morning: toxic waste produced by burning ama exits
through the pores of your skin during the night cleansing.
Now back to
our main subject – undigested food – the source of EVERY problem in your body.
The time has
come to find out what food IS NEVER DIGESTED by our gastrointestinal tract regardless
of what dietitians, nutritionist and doctors tell you. The truth is rather merciless - it is foreign
protein molecules. Leave alone foreign
proteins injected to us in form of vaccines, which cause endless chains of
unpredictable immune reactions in our body.
Time bombs setup by medics decades ago exploding now in our children
and grand children. Unfortunately, we
have no time for this in current article.
Instead, we
should jump straight to animal proteins: eggs, meat, fish and dairy – main
produce of ama. Why animal proteins so
harmful? Is there a difference in their
molecular structure in terms of our ability to digest? Yes, great difference!
We are biological machines and we consist of
proteins. We need proteins as vital
build material. However, there is a
great difference in proteins we consume.
Plant proteins have different molecular
structure: they are mainly hydrolizates – partly broken proteins /
fragments of some amino-acids bonded together.
Such structural bonds are called oligopeptides and many of them are naturally occurring. Those bonds are much smaller in size thus do
not cause an uncontrolled formations of antibodies in our immune system, because they are absorbed by small intestine abundantly. In the contrast, intact animal proteins emerge at the basolateral membrane unbroken. There, immuno-competent cells process the target antigenes and then transfer them to lymphocytes, initiating an immune responce. And what is immune responce? Our allergic reactions, first of all. Hay-fever, lactose intolerance, allergy to nuts and the rest of endless list of things we would never associate with meat consumption. Based on studies of American biochemists, up to 40% of all protein molecules being absorbed by our small intestine are not broken down properly. Russian physiologist, neurosurgeon PhD Galina Shatalova was more precise about the role animal proteins play in the chain of our health misery; after decades of experiments she came to conclusion meat is digested only to 52%.

We receive it from raw, uncooked plant only. Processed food as well as meat, fish and eggs

nuts and vegetables accumulate this vital power of nature as result of photosynthesis
– a unique process carried out by plant organisms only. Chlorophyll – key element of macro-energetic
correlations of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, which stored in seeds,
plants, grains, veges and fruits. This
is the power of nature itself accumulated and stored in plants and called prana. Prana gives life to everything in this universe. Imagine seed gives a shoot even after years of hibernation. Same applies
to plant seeds, nuts, wheat grains, kernels of fruits and seeds of vegetables. Put into soil, tiny seed can grow into new life
significant time after being collected and stored. Imagine small acorn growing into mighty oak tree! A miracle scientists unable to recreate, even armed with hundreds of hardron colliders. Hopeless.

What do they have to do to progress? Right
now, without a delay, the authorities should start collecting data about dietary
preferences of those who died from coronavirus.
It is obvious to me the diet and coronavirus complications are directly
related despite the claims some people die without underlying health
problems. This is misleading, false information. Accumulation of ama IS an underlying health
problem!
Ayurveda treats six stages of illness:
1.
Initial stage of light imbalance in
gastrointestinal tract.
2.
Building up stage. Accumulation of ama in some parts of the
body. Mild symptoms we normally never
notice, ignore or live with.
3.
Spreading stage.
Pus travels around using circulatory system. You get chronic, repetitive symptoms.
4.
Accumulation stage. Accumulation of ama in different parts of
your body. Beginning of disease.
5.
Manifestation stage. This is when you are in a serious trouble. You get an official diagnosis by doctors.
6.
Complications stage. Severe complications with all sorts of
surprises ahead. Totally unpredictable and
often untreatable.
Unfortunately, our “progressive” medicine more often deals
with stages 4 - 6, constatation of facts. Those with “no
underlying health issues” fall under categories 2 or 3. Make no mistake when you read reports about
people with “no underlying health issues” died from coronavirus. People
with no health issues do not die from
coronavirus! Remember that.
So how do we keep ourselves healthy? Is the diet a guarantee from the viruses and
bacteria occupying our body? Are we not
going to be sick with flue or other respiratory infections if we exclude
ama-producing products from our diet? Undoubtedly,
we are going to be sick time after time, but result of such sickness is going
to be shockingly different! Reducing ama
in our body we are going to have much more cells with strong bio-field –
natural immune barrier against penetrating viruses. In other words, cell is surrounded by stronger pranic energy. That means if we have coronavirus, we will be fighting it naturally with
milder symptoms instead of being connected to a ventilator in intensive care
unit. There are other factors there as well. Another poisonous substance, which contributes to accumulation of ama, helps spreading bacterial infection, anaerobic cells (cancerous cells) is sugar, but there is no space and time left to begin such massive chapter here.

At all times, in all nations, all religions, there were established traditions of prolonged abstinence from food on the grounds of religion - Fasting (NOTE! Fasting is not anorexia, which is serious mental health condition - has nothing to do with ideas and views of this blog) Christianity, for example, stipulates one abstains from meat, fish and dairy during 40 days fast before Christmas and Easter. One would argue it's a prejudice of archaic bearded old farts, who have long annoyed people with their religious nonsense. There is nothing more distant from truth then such naivety. We all know common saying "You are what you eat". Those worshiping God have always known you cannot render Him without purifying your mind from mental dirt, as well as physical dirt of your body. You do not attend an interview before you have shaved, had a shower and put the best suit you have. Same principle. Past generations always known that nothing is more effective in achieving serenity of your mind than abstaining from eating - simple measure of shedding accumulated ama. It is called asceticism - stamina, which is hardened by our commitment to be a person of your own word. Hardly a valuable merit to a modern man. And what happens when we loose a battle to terminal illness? We turn to god! Coincidence? I don't think so. What is the key to a healthy mind thus our own body today? An antiviral drug? A pill? A visit to a doctor? The answer is given by the wisdom of our ancestors: it is fasting as critical minimum - the last bastion we should get a grip on. We have lost all battles on the other fronts by now. Fasting few times a year - the only isle of sanity regardless whether you are religious or not; and the only measure to stay reasonably healthy.
Q 3. So what happens when fasting? In few simple words, quite simply this: your digestive fire burns out pus we have been accumulating, and restores health to our cells (repairs them) instead of digesting food. Toxins accumulated as byproduct are removed by flushing the gastrointestinal tract (imagine exhaust pipe of a vehicle throwing out the smoke as byproduct of combustion). There are ways how to remove toxins, this is why I emphasize the fasting process has to be controlled. The more days you fast, the deeper the effect, the healthier you are. Simplicity of the Nature itself.
Q 4. So if I start my healthy consumption of proteins, which are digested, am I guaranteed a healthy life avoiding things like coronavirus? First of all, the body's self-cleansing from ama will last for many months if not years after you completely stopped eating meat, fish and eggs. We have to remember: as many people inhabit the Earth as many different scenarios of the same problem you have. There is a trigger to viral diseases like coronavirus as well as everything else in regards to your health. Those triggers are solely and only pulled by your Karma. You cannot change your Karma; it is there from the moment of your birth including all your health problems, which are "written" and stored on your personal disc called life. If difficult to comprehend, imagine dvd you purchase. You cannot change a content of dvd from the moment you buy it. It will be the same movie played time and again, regardless of what dvd player you're inserting it (what medicine you take in hope to rid of the problem) You cannot change the movie you play. You cannot change a list of your illnesses you're bound to have. However, you can change time when it happens and severity of what you will have, based on common sense and true knowledge. You can change those by practicing asceticism through fasting, no matter how ludicrous it would sound. No doubt, many people have smiled few times by "naive" discourse of this article. Just give it more time when smile will be wiped out from your face by official diagnosis.
